Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping or Cool Whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling one typical can

Instructions

  1. Coat an 8" or 9" square casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir together until you have a dough-like texture that holds together.
  3. Press the crust into the bottom of the baking dish and refrigerate one hour.
  4. In another mixing bow, beat together the whipped topping, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
  6. Pour the cherry pie filling on top.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
