Ingredients
- 1 cup (3 oz/85 g) ground vanilla wafers
- 1 ½ cups (7 ½ oz/213 g) toasted, chopped pecans, divided
- 1 cup (4 oz/115 g) powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons rum
Notes
- Vanilla wafers: Feel free to use any plain cookie or biscuit (e.g./ rich tea, NICE biscuits etc)
