No Bake Monster Energy Balls

Made with oats, peanut butter, agave, mini chocolate chips, and m&m’s, these no-bake energy balls are extra delicious and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • ½ cup agave syrup or honey
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup Mini M&M’s
  • 1 coop collagen or vanilla protein powder, optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to scoop balls onto a parchment lined pan.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Once chilled roll each scoop into a ball.
  4. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Other nut or seed butters can be substituted for peanut butter.
  • Any nuts, dried fruits or seeds can be substituted for the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
