No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

No Bake Oatmeal Cookies are very easy to make, without even turning on the oven!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups oatmeal
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup coconut flakes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a big pot, combine sugar, milk, and butter on medium heat. Stir and let boil for 5 mins.
  2. Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla.
  3. In a bowl, mix oatmeal, cocoa, and coconut together. Then stir in sugar, milk and butter mixture. Mix well.
  4. Drop by the tablespoon onto a plate, chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
