No Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

With this no bake peanut butter pie recipe you can make this easy treat! This delicious dessert has only 6 ingredients and will satisfy your peanut butter cravings.

Ingredients

  • 25 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (1 package) softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (1 tub) thawed

  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the cookies until they are fine crumbs.
  2. Add the melted butter and pulse just until it comes together.
  3. Press the cookie crumbs into a 9 inch pie pan.
  4. Put the cream cheese and peanut butter in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer and combine them until blended.
  5. Next, whip in the powdered sugar.
  6. Then use a spatula to blend in the whipped topping by hand. Don't use a mixer and just mix until everything combines.
  7. Pour the filling into the pie crust and spread it out evenly.
  8. Place the pie into the freezer for 2 hours until set.
  9. Top with whipped cream, Oreo cookies and chocolate chips.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or in 
  • the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • You can use a pre-made chocolate cookie crust.
  • Top with whipped cream, candy, cookies, or chocolate chips.
  • Don't try to make this with natural peanut butter.
  • Clean your knife in between cuts for the best-looking slices.
