No Bake Protein Bites

These easy homemade No Bake Protein Bites are loaded with healthy ingredients such as buckwheat groats, almonds and dates, perfect for a post workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates chopped
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sprouted buckwheat groats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup Beaming Superfood Protein Blend with Greens

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until ingredients are combined and a sticky ball forms.
  3. Press onto wax paper and roll into 1/2 inch thick sheet.
  4. Use a one inch diameter pastry cutter to cut into bite size pieces.
  5. Chill in the fridge for up to one week.
