- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice approx. 2 whole lemons
- 14 ounces crushed pineapple well drained
- 1 cup whipped topping such as cool whip, plus more for garnish
- 3 ½ cups fruit flavored miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk and lemon juice.
- Fold in remaining ingredients. Heap filling into the pie crust and refrgerate 4 hours or overnight.
