No Bake Rainbow Pie

I’m a huge fan of no bake desserts and even more so when those desserts take just FIVE MINUTES to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice approx. 2 whole lemons
  • 14 ounces crushed pineapple well drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping such as cool whip, plus more for garnish
  • 3 ½ cups fruit flavored miniature marshmallows

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk and lemon juice.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients. Heap filling into the pie crust and refrgerate 4 hours or overnight.
