Ingredients for graham cracker crust
- 12 graham crackers finely grounded
- 5 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Ingredients for filling
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup chocolate chips

- I used a 12 inch pie dish for this recipe.
