No Bake Strawberry Summer Cake
A three layer pound cake stuffed with fluffy whipped topping, sweet strawberries, and topped with a sprinkle of lemon zest.

Ingredients
- 1 Pound cake
- 1 pint strawberries feel free to use more!
- 1 container cool whip **you can use homemade whipped cream if you prefer. Do not use whipped cream from a can it will deflate too quickly!
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Slice pound cake in half.
- Add a layer of Cool Whip, a thick layer of sliced strawberries, and another layer of Cool Whip.
- Place the top piece of pound cake and top with more Cool Whip and whole strawberries.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest.
- Enjoy!
