Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) blocks softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries chopped
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 premade graham cracker crust
  • additional berries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl whisk the 2 (8-ounce) blocks softened cream cheese and ½ cup granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the ½ cup heavy whipping cream and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the 1 cup chopped strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, and ½ cup blackberries and spread the mixture evenly into the 1 premade graham cracker crust.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until set. Top with additional berries for topping. Serve fresh.
