No-Churn Chocolate Chip Banana Ice Cream
Easy no-churn ice cream recipe that combines fresh bananas with chocolate chips. No machine is required for this no-churn chocolate chip banana ice cream.

Ingredients
- 2 medium very ripe bananas (mashed well)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 2 cups cream whole, heavy or whipping cream (30% fat at least)
- ¼-⅓ cup chocolate chips (semi sweetened, milk or a combination)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine well the mashed bananas and sweetened condensed milk.
- In a large bowl beat the cream until stiff peaks appear. Fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and combine well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container or loaf pan 8x4 inch (20x10 cm). Cover well and freeze at least 5-6 hours or even overnight, until firm. Enjoy!

Notes
- Any leftover ice cream should be covered well and stored in the freezer. It will last up to 1-2 weeks.
