No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Made with just 4 ingredients, this is the best Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. It's soft, creamy, and requires no churning! Enjoy in a cone with sprinkles or atop your favorite pie, crisp, or cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • sprinkles and ice cream cone for serving

Instructions

  1. Place a loaf pan into the freezer to chill.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the condensed milk, vanilla extract and pinch of sea salt.
  4. Remove the loaf pan from the freezer and pour the vanilla ice cream mixture into the loaf pan.
  5. Place in the freezer and chill for 6-8 hours in a level spot until the ice cream is set. Serve as is or scoop into an ice cream cone or bowl with sprinkles on top, enjoy!
