No Dough Paratha uses wheat flour mixed with salt, oil, and water to create a thin batter that is cooked like a pancake on a skillet with oil until golden spots appear on both sides. Ingredients
- 200 g wheat flour
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 350 ml water
Instructions
- In a bowl add the flour, salt, oil and stir until combined
- Add the water in parts and whisk until a thin batter forms
- On a skillet brush the pan with oil
- Use a ladle to pour the batter into the skillet
- Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until brown spots begin to appear
- Flip and brush with oil then cook for a further 2-3 minutes
- Serve immediately with a side of curry and enjoy!
