No Dough Paratha uses wheat flour mixed with salt, oil, and water to create a thin batter that is cooked like a pancake on a skillet with oil until golden spots appear on both sides. Ingredients

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 350 ml water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a bowl add the flour, salt, oil and stir until combined
  2. Add the water in parts and whisk until a thin batter forms
  3. On a skillet brush the pan with oil
  4. Use a ladle to pour the batter into the skillet
  5. Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until brown spots begin to appear
  6. Flip and brush with oil then cook for a further 2-3 minutes
  7. Serve immediately with a side of curry and enjoy!
