Non-Alcoholic Raspberry Mojito

This refreshing Non-Alcoholic Raspberry Mojito is what you need on a hot summer day. A combination of fresh raspberries, mint, lime juice, sparkling soda and a hint of sweetness will make you crave for more!

Ingredients

Simple syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
Raspberry Mojito
  • 10 oz fresh raspberries (+more to garnish)
  • 12 mint leaves (+more to garnish)
  • 2 limes (+more to garnish)
  • 24 oz club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. To prepare the simple syrup combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool.
Raspberry Mojito
  1. Place the raspberries and mint leaves in a small bowl and mash thoroughly with a potato masher or fork.
  2. Divide the raspberry-mixture between four 12 oz. glasses.
  3. Add ¼ cup of simple syrup (adjust according to your taste preferences).
  4. Squeeze the juice out of ½ of a lime into each cup.
  5. Add some ice.
  6. Pour the club soda on top.
  7. Garnish with raspberries, mint leaves and lime slices.
