Nutella Cheesecake with Nutella Ganache #WorldNutellaDay

Crust

• 100 gms cookie crumbs I used scotchfingers, but graham crackers are perfect, 1 cup
• 50 gms hazelnut meal or ground toasted hazelnuts, toasted, ½ cup
• 80 gms butter melted, 1/3 cup

Nutella Cream

• 500 gms cream cheese softened, 1.1 lbs
• 90 gms caster sugar 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp
• 300 gms Nutella 1 cup
• 3 tsp gelatine dissolved in 60 ml (1/4 cup) boiling water
• 240 ml cream whipped, 1 cup

Nutella Ganache

• 160 gms Nutella ½ cup + 1 tbsp
• 60 ml heavy cream 1/4 cup
• hazelnut toasted
