Nutella Fudgesicles

Nutella Fudgesicles are creamy frozen treats made by blending Nutella with coconut milk, 2% milk, cacao powder, honey, and a pinch of salt. The smooth mixture is poured into popsicle molds and frozen until firm, resulting in a soft, rich fudgesicle with hazelnut and chocolate flavors balanced by the slight sweetness of honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Nutella homemade
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk lite
  • 1 cup milk 2%
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • pinch salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix, blender, or food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hrs.
  4. To remove from molds, run under warm water to loosen from molds.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

  • The recipe yields approximately six 4-ounce fudgesicles, ideal for a small batch frozen treat.
