Nutella Fudgesicles
Description
This recipe combines Nutella, coconut milk, regular milk, cacao powder, honey, and salt, creating a creamy dairy-based blend with chocolate-hazelnut richness. The ingredients are blended until smooth and then poured into molds to freeze for several hours, forming fudgesicles that retain a soft texture rather than icy hardness due to the fats and sugars.
The finished Nutella Fudgesicles make a refreshing frozen dessert or snack that balances sweet and slightly bitter notes from the cacao, with the honey adding gentle sweetness to harmonize all flavors. They are easy to prepare and enjoy during warmer weather or as a chocolate treat.
This recipe yields about six 4-ounce fudgesicles, sufficient for sharing or storing briefly in the freezer.
