Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Prepare a 9x9-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- When butter is melted, add sugar and whisk together.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Whisk again until mixture is smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Whisk again.
- Add flour, cocoa powders, and salt. Whisk again until batter is smooth.
- Add ½ cup pecan and mix well.
- Transfer batter to your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining pecans evenly on top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.
