Oat Flour
Making oat flour at home is easy! You just need either quick oats or rolled oats and a blender. It's a great gluten free flour for all kinds of recipes, from pancakes and bread to muffins and cookies.

Notes
- You can make a large batch of oat flour if you plan on using it often and want to keep on hand. Or you can make it as needed – I like my NutriBullet for this.
