Oat Flour

Making oat flour at home is easy! You just need either quick oats or rolled oats and a blender.  It's a great gluten free flour for all kinds of recipes, from pancakes and bread to muffins and cookies.

Instructions

  1. Add oats to a blender and process until oats have broken down into flour.
  2. Allow oat flour to cool for 5 minutes and add to storage container with lid.
  3. Oat flour can be stored at room temperature, up to 1 month.

Notes

  • You can make a large batch of oat flour if you plan on using it often and want to keep on hand. Or you can make it as needed – I like my NutriBullet for this.
