Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Sunbutter Cookies
These Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Sunbutter Cookies combine creamy sunbutter, warm spices, oats, and chocolate chips to create soft cookies that firm up as they cool. The dough is mixed until smooth and scooped to retain a tender, slightly chewy texture. Baked for just 10–11 minutes, the cookies balance natural sweetness and a gentle nutty flavor from the sunbutter.
