Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup quick oats gluten-free if needed
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ ripe banana mashed or ¼ cup applesauce or ¼ cup mashed sweet potato

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. If using banana, mash the banana in a bowl or on a plate.
  2. Add oats, milk and mashed banana to a small microwave safe baking dish. I used a rectangular glass meal prep container.
  3. Stir to combine and then press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  4. Cook on high in the microwave for 2 minutes. Carefully remove from the microwave, cut into four strips and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Use a spatula to remove the oats from the container, let cool completely and serve to baby.
