Ingredients

  • 1 banana chopped into chunks, frozen
  • ½ cup almond milk or oat milk, plus more as needed to reach desired consistency, unsweetened
  • 3 Tablespoons rolled oats old fashioned
  • 1 coop (25 grams) protein powder I used Nuzest, vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure

Instructions

  1. Place banana, milk, oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk.
  3. Pour into a glass or bowl (depending on whether you want to use a spoon or straw) and top with your favorite smoothie toppings.
