Oatmeal Smoothie
The Oatmeal Smoothie is a creamy blend of frozen banana, rolled oats, almond or oat milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, providing a nutritious and filling beverage. Its texture is smooth and slightly thickened by oats, making it suitable for breakfast or a snack that combines natural sweetness and subtle spice.
Ingredients
- 1 banana chopped into chunks, frozen
- ½ cup almond milk or oat milk, plus more as needed to reach desired consistency, unsweetened
- 3 Tablespoons rolled oats old fashioned
- 1 coop (25 grams) protein powder I used Nuzest, vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
Instructions
- Place banana, milk, oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Pour into a glass or bowl (depending on whether you want to use a spoon or straw) and top with your favorite smoothie toppings.
