Ingredients
- 1 slice sandwich bread (thick-cut)
- 2 tablespoons cultured unsalted butter (divided)
- 120 grams anko (sweet red bean paste)
- flakey seas salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut up and distribute half of the butter around the sandwich bread. Toast the bread in a toaster oven until the edges have crisped.
