Ingredients

  • 1 slice sandwich bread (thick-cut)
  • 2 tablespoons cultured unsalted butter (divided)
  • 120 grams anko (sweet red bean paste)
  • flakey seas salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut up and distribute half of the butter around the sandwich bread. Toast the bread in a toaster oven until the edges have crisped.
  2. Spread the anko evenly across the surface of the buttered toast, and then sprinkle with some salt to taste. Top your Ogura Toast with the remaining butter and serve.
