  • 80 gms – 2.8 oz. walnuts
  • 10 black olives pitted and chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 80 gms – 1/3 cup butter melted
  • pepper
  • ½ tbsp fresh thyme chopped
To Serve
  • blue cheese like Gorgonzola piccante or Stilton
  • honey better if Chestnut honey or a “bitter” honey
