Olive Avocado Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 60 g olives pitted
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup water
  • few cilantro leaves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash cilantro thorougly.
  2. Toss all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until you get a smooth thick consistency.
  4. Keep refregerated before use.

Notes

  • Olives are salty. Add salt carefully.
  • Use Has avocado for a creamy avocado chutney.
  • Olives are slightly bitter, so avoid adding mint or lemon juice.
