Ingredients
- 60 g olives pitted
- 1 avocado
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 green chilli
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup water
- few cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Wash cilantro thorougly.
- Toss all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until you get a smooth thick consistency.
- Keep refregerated before use.
Notes
- Olives are salty. Add salt carefully.
- Use Has avocado for a creamy avocado chutney.
- Olives are slightly bitter, so avoid adding mint or lemon juice.
