Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ( 125 ml)
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
- In a ramekin or small bowl, add the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, herbs and seasoning, and mix everything well.
- Set the ramekin aside for at least 1 hour so that the flavours have time to infuse well.
- Serve with your favourite crusty bread.

Notes
- If you made a bit too much dip that doesn't get consumed, you can add it to ice cube trays and freeze it. It can then be used for seasoning various dishes.
- Other ingredients that you can also add to this dip are grated parmesan, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, fresh chillies or other dried herbs.
