- 3 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tsp Maraschino cherry liqueur
Sweet Omelette
- 6 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ to 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche or heavy cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 pinch salt
- Butter for cooking
- icing sugar for dusting
