One Pan Baked Oatmeal
One Pan Baked Oatmeal blends ripe bananas, rolled oats, chia seeds, and a mixed berry topping into a golden-baked dish. The oats become soft but retain a slight bite, while the bananas add natural sweetness and moisture. Topped with shredded coconut and cinnamon, this oatmeal bakes to a lightly crusted surface, and is served warm with maple syrup or nut butter drizzled on top. It's a filling, fruit-forward breakfast option that can be sliced into portions for easy serving.
