Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut the chicken into 2-inch cubes. Season them with paprika, half of the garlic parsley salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken into the pan and cook them until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  3. Trim the rough ends of the asparagus. Feel free to cut the asparagus down into bite-sized pieces or keep it as-is.
  4. Add the remaining butter and oil to the same pan. Add the asparagus and season it with the remaining garlic parsley salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the pressed garlic into the pan, followed by the chicken. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
