Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
- 1 lb asparagus
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 2-inch cubes. Season them with paprika, half of the garlic parsley salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken into the pan and cook them until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- Trim the rough ends of the asparagus. Feel free to cut the asparagus down into bite-sized pieces or keep it as-is.
- Add the remaining butter and oil to the same pan. Add the asparagus and season it with the remaining garlic parsley salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the pressed garlic into the pan, followed by the chicken. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
