Ingredients
- 1 lb andouille sausage
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut up the veggies into similar-sized pieces and the sausage into small rings.
- Toss the veggies and sausage with olive oil and seasoning salt.
- Spread the veggies and sausage across the lined baking sheet evenly.
- Bake the veggies at 400°F until they're still a bit firm (about 15 minutes). Season the shrimp and spread them evenly across the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink. Enjoy!
