Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces spaghetti broken in half, thin
- 2 chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 1 cup caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese , shredded
Instructions
- In a large Dutch oven, add chicken broth, pasta, chicken, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Heat to boiling over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of liquid is absorbed.
- Add in broccoli, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Caesar dressing cook 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
