One Pot Chicken Caesar Pasta
Description
This dish starts by boiling spaghetti broken in half along with chicken breast cubes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in chicken broth until the pasta is mostly cooked and liquid is reduced. Broccoli florets are added halfway through cooking to remain vibrant and tender. Caesar dressing stirred in at the end adds creamy, tangy flavor typical of the classic salad dressing.
The pasta is garnished with shredded Parmesan cheese to offer a subtle nutty note and enhance richness. The finished dish has a moist texture with a well-seasoned sauce binding the pasta, chicken, and broccoli. This combination creates a filling yet straightforward main course.
Serving can be direct from the pot, suitable for a casual lunch or dinner. The recipe avoids extra steps and minimizes washing up, which helps for busy home cooks seeking a complete meal with simple preparation.
