  • 100 gms – 3.5 oz. sushi rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 110 ml – ½ cup scant water
  • 30 gms – 2 tbsp canned tuna drained
  • 1 tbsp Japanese mayo
  • 1 ½ tsp sesame seeds toasted
  • nori strips
