Instructions

How to make ORANGE BUTTER COOKIES:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix the soft butter at room temperature with the sugar until it becomes airy and creamy.
  2. Add the egg, grated orange zest, orange juice and mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Separately mix the flour with the ammonium and salt.
  4. Gradually add flour to the butter cream and mix on low speed.
  5. If the mixture is too stiff, we can add 2 tablespoons of milk for fluidization.
  6. The mixture should be soft enough to be used in a garnish.
  7. I used a star tipped dui.
  8. Preheat the oven to medium heat and line the large baking tray with baking paper.
  9. Spread the cookies in the pan in the desired shape.
  10. Place the tray in the oven and bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes until lightly browned on the sides.
  11. Remove the tray from the oven and leave the cookies in the tray for another 10 minutes to harden and then transfer them to a grill to cool.
  12. Garnish the cookies with thin strips of melted chocolate. Let the chocolate harden.
  13. When they are ready, transfer the cookies to an airtight container. They last 1-2 weeks.
  14. Enjoy!
