Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
- Stir in orange juice, milk, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before glazing or serving.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
