Orange Chicken Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 2 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1 minute.
- Add orange juice, sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to the saucepan. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add red pepper flakes if using.
- In a small separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Pour the mixture into the saucepan, stirring constantly to avoid clumping. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
