Ingredients

  • 1 large orange (seedless, peeled)
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds or flax seed meal, Bob's Red Mill brand
  • 3 inch piece ginger (thinly sliced)
  • ⅔ cup protein powder any flavor, Bob’s Red Mill brand
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  • ice to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice to thicken until you've reached the desired consistency. 

Notes

  • This is great with mango or pineapple as well!
