Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs You can also use breast
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 whole orange
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp salon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • sesame seeds and scallions to garnish

  • ½ tsp sazón
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Instructions

  1. To begin, season your chicken thighs with spices. Mix them well to ensure they are evenly coated.
  2. To prepare the mixture, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, spices, and cornstarch.
  3. To prepare your dish, start by lining a baking dish with orange slices. Then, place the chicken thighs on top of the oranges.
  4. .Apply the sauce generously over the chicken.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, then baste and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. To finish, broil the dish for 2-3 minutes. Once done, add garnish using scallions and sesame seeds.
