Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs You can also use breast
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 whole orange
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp salon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- sesame seeds and scallions to garnish

- ½ tsp sazón
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger powder

Instructions
- To begin, season your chicken thighs with spices. Mix them well to ensure they are evenly coated.
- To prepare the mixture, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, spices, and cornstarch.
- To prepare your dish, start by lining a baking dish with orange slices. Then, place the chicken thighs on top of the oranges.
