Ingredients
- 1 pounds bone-in spiral ham
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 6 ounces lemon-lime soda or Ginger Ale
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C). Prepare a baking with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the spiral cut ham to the prepared baking sheet, pour the orange juice and lemon-lime soda over the ham.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar over the ham, making sure to get it in-between the spiral cuts.
- Cover and bake the ham for 15 minutes per pound (about 2 hours).
- After the 2 hours, glaze the ham with the juices in the bottom of the pan and bake again for another 15 minutes uncovered or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Allow the ham to rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the ham with your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
