Orange Lemon Smoothie

A recipe for an Orange Lemon Smoothie! This refreshing and creamy citrus smoothie comes together easily with a blend of orange, lemon, and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 3 oranges peeled and chopped into two or three pieces
  • 2 lemons zest and juice
  • 1/2 cup (125 grams) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (130 grams) ice cubes

  1. Add the peeled oranges to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If you do not have a strong blender or want a completely smooth texture, pour the pureed oranges through a fine mesh sieve. Use a spoon to scrape and press and get as much moisture out of the mixture as possible. Transfer the juice back to the blender.
  3. Add the zest and juice from the 2 lemons, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the orange mixture in the blender and process until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
