I've been wanting to make these orange mango gelatin gummies for a while. Why? Because gelatin is crazy good for your health and I love orange and mango.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 mangos peeled and diced
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp gelatin
Instructions
- Blend your orange juice and mangoes in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds.
- Place your water in a small pot and bring to a simmer (not a boil) on medium heat. Add the gelatin, one tablespoon at a time and gently stir with a whisk, until all the gelatin is dissolved. This could take 5 minutes.
- Carefully pour your pot of hot water into your blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Pour your mixture into an 8x8 square pan or silicone molds.
- Transfer your pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours before eating.
