Orange Mango Gelatin Gummies

I've been wanting to make these orange mango gelatin gummies for a while. Why? Because gelatin is crazy good for your health and I love orange and mango.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 mangos peeled and diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsp gelatin

Instructions

  1. Blend your orange juice and mangoes in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds.
  2. Place your water in a small pot and bring to a simmer (not a boil) on medium heat. Add the gelatin, one tablespoon at a time and gently stir with a whisk, until all the gelatin is dissolved. This could take 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully pour your pot of hot water into your blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour your mixture into an 8x8 square pan or silicone molds.
  5. Transfer your pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours before eating.
