- 4 tablespoons salted butter , softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage , minced
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash together softened butter, fresh sage and orange zest.
- Form into a log or a ball. Allow to chill for 30 minutes to 24 hours before serving to develop flavor.
