Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
  • orange zest from 1
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • agave syrup or honey, to taste, if needed
  • salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
  • black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, olive oil, vegetable oil, white balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, agave, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste, in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle before whisking well & serving. Enjoy.
  3. Side Note: My family enjoys a less oily vinaigrette. Feel free to use more oil, if desired.
