Oreo Brownies

This Oreo brownies recipe features classic Oreo sandwich cookies inside rich, fudgy brownies. The best brownies you'll ever eat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 24 Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Prepare a 8x8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add sugar, flour, butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Beat well until batter is smooth.
  4. Transfer half of the batter into your prepared pan.
  5. Add a layer of 12 Oreos on top.
  6. Pour remaining batter on top of Oreos.
  7. Break remaining 12 Oreos into pieces and sprinkle them evenly over top of batter. Gently press them into batter.
  8. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.
