Ingredients
- 200 g Oreos Crushed
- 60 g butter Unsalted and melted
- 500 g cream cheese Softened
- 150 g sugar Granulated
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 g Oreos Coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the sour cream and coarsely chopped Oreo cookies.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the centre is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
