My Oreo Cheesecake Brownies will be the talk of your next gathering. These cheesecake brownies easily come together in under an hour thanks to store bought brownie mix paired with a homemade cheesecake filling that is loaded with tons of OREO cookies. Ingredients
- 1 package brownie mix with ingredients required on box to make
- 24 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1 egg room temperature
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 Oreo cookies divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a 9 x 9 metal square baking dish with parchment paper. Then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix together the brownie mix according to the packaging. Then pour the browning batter into the parchment lined baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, using a KitchenAid Stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set to the side.
- Place 12 whole OREO cookies on top of the brownie mix. Then pour the cheesecake filling on top.
- Then crush 6 OREO cookies and sprinkle on top of the cheesecake filling.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cheesecake and brownies are set and edges are slightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack until at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 1-2 hour before serving.

- Chocolate Chips - If you want extra sweet you can add in ½ cup of chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
- Homemade Brownies - If you prefer to make homemade brownies you can make your favorite recipe.
- Over Mixing - Make sure you do not over mix the cheesecake batter or else you will have cracks in the cheesecake.
- Doubling - Looking to serve more people? You can double this recipe and use a 9 x 14 baking pan.
